"Howfun" Technology Signs Agreement with Chongqing Listed Enterprise to Jointly Explore Oceania Market

Against the backdrop of continuous deepening of economic and trade cooperation between China and Australia, Howfun Technology (Australia) and Chongqing Yuxin Pingrui Electronics Co., Ltd. formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement on June 3, committing to jointly promote high-quality Chinese-made new energy battery products in the Australian and New Zealand markets. This initiative marks the accelerated global expansion of China's advanced manufacturing and highlights the increasingly prominent role of Howfun Technology as an "overseas expansion empowerment platform".
This cooperation represents a key implementation outcome of China's "Going Global" strategy for manufacturing. While the Australian new energy market is growing rapidly, the supply of high-performance, eco-friendly batteries is still in its infancy. Through this partnership, the Chongqing enterprise will leverage Howfun Technology's local business network, market channels, and brand promotion capabilities in Australia to accelerate product deployment and expansion in the Oceania market, enhancing international competitiveness and market share.
In terms of economic value, this strategic cooperation is expected to generate millions of Australian dollars in sales within the next three years, providing a stable overseas revenue channel for Chinese battery enterprises and offering Australian consumers more cost-effective and technologically advanced green energy options. During the cooperation period, both parties will also explore the establishment of local assembly plants and after-sales service centers to promote local industrial chain upgrading and create job opportunities.
Socially, this cooperation aligns with global energy transition and carbon neutrality trends, providing sustainable energy solutions for Australian households, enterprises, and infrastructure to support Australia's green development goals. It will also set a benchmark for Sino-Australian cooperation in new energy, enabling more high-quality Chinese manufacturing to enter the international stage through formal and branded pathways.
As a technology platform registered in Australia, Howfun Technology has long been committed to providing Chinese enterprises with one-stop services including overseas registration, market expansion, brand localization, and supply chain integration. This cooperation marks Howfun Technology's first attempt to establish a "land-and-sell" model with China's leading manufacturers in the new energy sector, fully demonstrating the platform's resource integration, overseas execution, and investment promotion capabilities.
Wang Hongyi, President of the Chongqing Association in Australia, Chairman of the Sichuan-Chongqing Chamber of Commerce in Western Australia, and General Manager of Howfun Technology, stated that the signing of this agreement not only opens up a new market in Oceania for the Chongqing listed enterprise but also consolidates the experience and confidence of other Chinese manufacturing factories in expanding overseas, while establishing a "high-end, high-quality, and trustworthy" international image for these enterprises. Li Yun, Director and General Manager of Chongqing Yuxin Pingrui Electronics Co., Ltd., said that both parties will explore more cooperation opportunities in follow-up collaborations, including technology transfer, establishment of local joint venture factories, and logistics system construction, continuously injecting new momentum into deep collaboration between Chinese and Australian enterprises.
